Review by hotel critic
Having recently retreated to Naaldhof for a serene gourmet escape, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's thoughtful touches and culinary excellence. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting, setting the stage for an exquisite dining experience. I opted for the three-course meal, each dish crafted with care and precision, culminating in a delightful exploration of flavors. The dices, freshly prepared in the kitchen, were a standout, showcasing the chef's culinary mastery.Post-dinner, I found solace in the cozy bar, where I savored a well-crafted cocktail, unwinding after a day of exploration. The next morning, the breakfast spread beckoned with traditional Dutch fare, offering a delightful start to the day.Amidst the lush surroundings, Naaldhof proved to be a hidden gem for gastronomes seeking a tranquil retreat with a culinary flair. My stay was a harmonious blend of comfort, gastronomy, and Dutch charm.
